Service Description: The ABS Preacquisition Environmental Site Assessment Program determines potential environmental concerns and liabilities by inspection visually, interviews, searches of records and permits, and sampling of the site.

Features: ABS provides both Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments. The ESA Service includes optional services for:

• Phase 1 ESA (Visual, interviews, search records/Permit)

• Phase 2 ESA (Phase 1, plus extended sampling)

• Analysis by a certified independent laboratory

• Technical support at closure

• Advice on acquisition
